Biogrophy

The professional interests of docent doctor Tanio Sechanov are in the field of tumor deceases of endocrine glands (thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal glands).
He made a dissertation on ”Surgical treatment of thyroid carcinoma” in 1989, and in 1994 he became a associate professor in the Clinic for Endocrine Surgery.

Proffessional Experience

1979-1981 – Surgical department at the Regional Hospital in the town of Svoge
1981 – present- ”Clinic for Endocrinology and Surgical Treatment” at the Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment in Endocrinology, Nephrology and Gerontology
He is also a part of the team of General hospital ”St. Panteleimon”
2004 – assigned for head of clinic ”Endocrine Surgery” at the University Hospital of Endocrinology

Associate professor Doctor Sechanov is member of:
